Event Description

Call of Duty Mobile Major Summer 2026 (also known as CDM Summer 2026) is the premier Chinese Call of Duty: Mobile tournament and one of the most prestigious CODM competitions in the world. Organized by Tencent Games and TiMi Esports, this S-Tier online and offline event runs from June 25 to August 22, 2026, featuring 15 teams competing for a total prize pool of ¥1,800,000 CNY.

SweatsDen.com is the Official Global Stats Platform of CDM Summer 2026, providing real-time match data, live standings, player statistics, map analytics, and in-depth tournament coverage — the definitive English-language destination for everything CDM.

About the Tournament

The Call of Duty Mobile Major (CDM Major) is the most important Chinese competition for Call of Duty: Mobile, organized by TiMi Esports and Tencent Games. The Summer edition marks the second split of the 2026 CDM season, continuing the expansion that began with the Spring Major by welcoming elite international teams to compete alongside China's top rosters.

Since CDM 2026, the league has invited non-Chinese teams — specifically top teams from across Asia — marking a new era of global competition within what was historically a domestic Chinese circuit. Certain Chinese teams represent a city in the league format, with team tags adjusted accordingly (for example, Wolves = Chongqing Wolves).

Tournament Format

The 15 teams are split into two groups for Stage 1, competing in a Single Round Robin format. All matches are played as a Round 3 series, meaning all three maps are played regardless of series results.

The tournament follows a multi-stage structure:

Stage 1 (Group Stage) — 15 teams divided into a Masters Group and a Challenger Group playing Single Round Robin. The top 4 teams of the Masters Group retain their spot for Stage 2. The 5th–8th teams of the Masters Group and the top 2 of the Challenger Group are seeded into the Seat Decider. The 3rd and 4th teams of the Challenger Group remain in the group for Stage 2, while the 5th–7th teams of the Challenger Group are eliminated.

Seat Decider — A secondary bracket to determine final seeding ahead of Stage 2.

Stage 2 — Continued group competition ahead of the Championship bracket.

Bracket Decider — Final seeding matches before the Championship.

Championship — A double elimination bracket where all matches are Bo7 with a specific map rotation, except 1st round Upper Bracket and Lower Bracket matches which are Bo5. Standard Ban-Pick is used, and for Bo7, Standard Ban-Pick applies through Maps 1 to 6. For Map 7, a roll is done and the winner decides the side.

Map Pick/Ban Rules

There are no map bans during Stage 1 and Stage 2. A coin toss decides Team A and Team B. Team A picks Map 1 and Map 3; Team B picks the starting side in Maps 1 and 3. Team B picks Map 2; Team A picks the starting side in Map 2.

Operator Skill Rule

In every Hardpoint and Control map, no two players on the same team may use or have equipped the same Operator Skill as any of their teammates at the same time. A player may switch their Operator Skill at any time during a map as long as they follow this restriction.

Teams

15 teams are competing in CDM Summer 2026. Notable participants confirmed for the Summer edition include Q9, Chongqing Wolves (WOL), Elevate (ELV), OUG, GodLike (GodL), Al-Ula Club, Rival Esports (RVL, formerly Team StarMagic), PAC, DvS, and GC, among others — representing China, the Garena region (Southeast Asia), India, Japan, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Prize Pool

The total prize pool is ¥1,800,000 CNY (approximately $265,000 USD based on the June 2026 exchange rate of ¥1 CNY ≈ $0.14761 USD).
